- Required Qualifications to be Successful in this Role: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python (3.9+), Java, and JavaScript \n
- Solid SQL skills, including query optimization and troubleshooting \n
- Practical experience across AWS big data tools — EMR, Redshift, Glue, Step Functions, Lambda, Spectrum, S3, and CloudWatch \n
- Comfortable writing shell scripts (Bash preferred) in Linux/Unix environments \n
- Sharp problem-solving instincts — able to break down complex issues and find practical, logical fixes \n
- Background working in Agile/Scrum teams, with day-to-day use of JIRA \n
- Experience building or supporting automation within data workflows \n
- Familiarity with CI/CD tooling and practices (Jenkins, GitLab) — version control, testing, build, and deployment \n
- Curiosity to learn mortgage loan data structures and how they flow through the business \n
- Ability to adapt quickly when priorities or requirements shift, without missing deadlines \n
