If you're looking for a different perspective on senior living come join us today!You will enjoy:Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceNow Offering DailyPay!Life and disability insurance401(k) with company matchHealth Savings Account & Flexible Savings AccountEmployee assistance programPTO and six paid holidaysPet insurance and employee discounts (including wireless plan and retail discounts)Tuition reimbursementFree Lyft rides if needed, to and from the Issaquah Transit Center.Free Underground parkingFree mealsYour personal and professional growth is important to us, so we provide continual professional training and career advancement opportunities.You will enjoy being part of a great team in a fun, engaging work environment!Who you are:High school diploma/GED and targeted job related educationUniversal EPA Refrigeration CertificateMinimum two years of experience in HVAC/R role in commercial setting.PRINCIPAL DUTIES:Essential Job Duties:Coordinates with assigned supervisor and/or other trades for the purpose of completing projects and work orders efficiently.Informs personnel regarding procedures and/or status of work orders for the purpose of providing information for making decisions, taking appropriate action and/or complying with building and safety regulations.Performs routine and preventive maintenance as needed for the purpose of ensuring the ongoing functioning of HVAC/R systems.Installs heating, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment for the purpose of providing enhanced and/or upgraded capabilities.Diagnoses cause of problems and/or failures in heating/air conditioning/refrigeration systems for the purpose of identifying equipment and/or systems repair and/or replacement needs.Inspects HVAC/R systems and their components (e.g. heating units, building exhaust fans, ventilation units, boilers, etc.) for the purpose of evaluating condition, identifying necessary repairs and recommending preventive maintenance.Repairs heating, air conditioning and refrigeration systems and/or components (e.g. pumps, motors, air handlers, fan coils, piping, kitchen equipment, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring a comfortable living and working environment.Requests equipment and supplies for the purpose of maintaining inventory and ensuring availability of items required to complete the necessary installation and/or repair.Prepares written materials (e.g. repair status, activity logs, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities and/or conveying information.Responds to emergency situations during or after hours for the purpose of resolving immediate safety concerns.Responds to work orders and assists with other facilities related projects as assigned and as staffing needs require.Assists, during winter, with snow removal efforts.Serves on security detail when assigned. Follows established protocol for responding to and documenting community concerns.Utilizes time in efficient manner, completing duties in timely fashion.Participates in the orientation and development of new employees.Maintains skills and competencies utilized in work areas.Performs other related duties as assigned.HOSPITALITY FOCUS:Timber Ridge at Talus fully embraces a culture of hospitality. Generally the job requires 10% sitting, 60% walking, and 30% standing.
