Inbound Sales Associate (Full-Time)

What You'll Do
- Deliver top-notch customer service that aligns with Big Brand Tire & Service's core values.
- Understand customer automotive needs and recommend services that exceed manufacturer recommendations and customer expectations.
- Handle sales-related tasks, including creating invoices, managing inventory, and completing paperwork.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with customers and teammates.
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Skills:
- A positive, results-driven attitude with a strong work ethic and integrity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Flexible availability to support our customers and team.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no more than 2 points on your DMV K4 report).
Preferred but Not Required:
- Prior customer service or sales experience.
- Basic knowledge of tires and automotive services.
