CNA/HHA 12 Hours Day or Overnight Shifts Acton areas

CNA/HHA 12 hour Day Shift (7AM to 7PM) or Overnight Shift (7PM to 7AM) Available in Acton MA (Female Caregiver with Alzheimer's and Dementia experience) We are seeking experienced CNA or Home Health Aides (HHA) for 12 hour shifts or 24‑hour shifts to provide one‑on‑one care in clients’ homes a few days a week. This role is essential in helping our clients live safely, independently, and with dignity in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities: Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and skin care. Alzheimer's and Dementia experience. Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, tidying up, changing linens). Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed. Offer medication reminders and monitor vital signs. Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. Provide companionship and emotional support. Follow care plans developed by our clinical team. Maintain accurate care records and communicate with supervising nurse. Qualifications: Active CNA License in Massachusetts. Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in home care, assisted living, or similar. Ability to work overnight shifts 9pm to 8am (accommodations provided). Compassionate, reliable, and professional. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must pass background check, drug screening, and provide references.
