We are currently seeking a passionate individual with daycare or preschool experience to join our team as a Preschool Center Director.

As a Center closer at The Learning Experience, You Will:

• Lead by example, displaying passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and employees. Create an environment of trust, rapport, and inclusivity, easily connecting with diverse groups of people.
• Ensure that the physical center environment adheres to health and safety standard operating procedures, maintaining full compliance with local and state licensing requirements.
• Implementing our proprietary curriculum, leveraging your passion for learning. Take advantage of our engaging characters to drive the curriculum, creating a fun and enriching learning experience at TLE.
• Responsible for shutting down a classroom at night which requires cleaning and organizing and leaving the classroom "tour ready."
• Be able to attend monthly staff meetings.
• Be able to lift up to 40lbs.
• Be available from the hours of 2:30-6:00pm
• Be able to provide proof of CPR and First Aid, along with Food Handler Certification.

• Have two or more years of experience in a group childcare setting.
• Be able to clear a background and fingerprint search.
• Hold an Associates Degree in ECE, CDA or minimum of HS Diploma.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
