What You'll Do Develop and execute materials sourcing strategies aligned with cost, quality, and lead-time objectives. Build and manage a global supplier network, with a strong focus on partners in Asia. Partner cross-functionally with development, planning, and costing teams to drive informed sourcing decisions. Lead seasonal execution and tracking, ensuring timelines and deliverables are consistently met. Analyze data and synthesize insights to provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders. Identify opportunities for supplier optimization, risk mitigation, and process improvement. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and delivering exceptional results. Must-Have Qualifications 5+ years of experience in materials sourcing, product sourcing, costing, manufacturing, or product development. Background in materials (textiles, fabrics, trims, etc.). Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and work effectively across global teams. Strong project management skills with the ability to drive execution independently. Experience working with international suppliers, particularly in Asia. Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, tracking, and reporting. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and present to diverse audiences. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience in performance or athletic environments. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar). Experience sourcing woven materials or technical textiles. Background in large, matrixed organizations. Exposure to sustainability or supplier strategy initiatives.
