Job#: 3040362 Job Title: Marketing Manager II Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid) Role Overview We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team. The primary responsibilities include executing merchandising and email marketing strategies, as well as creating and managing website landing pages. This role involves end-to-end ownership of campaigns, from creative processes and targeting to execution and optimization. The ideal candidate will be adept at leveraging data for decision‑making and working effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Execute merchandising strategy. Manage email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Build and update websites and landing pages. Analyze and report on email campaign performance metrics. Own campaigns from end‑to‑end, including creative processes, targeting, planning, execution, reporting, and optimization. Coordinate with multiple teams to provide thorough and authoritative industry creative content. Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on the state of initiatives. Plan, develop, and execute email campaigns that drive traffic and conversions. Continuously optimize email campaigns to improve KPI performance. Develop technical and creative requirements for email campaigns in partnership with cross‑functional teams. Required Qualifications A minimum of three years of relevant experience is required. Technical Skills Email marketing campaign execution Salesforce Marketing Cloud Landing page creation and website management Performance measurement and reporting Familiarity with GenAI applications for content and copy Preferred Qualifications Merchandising execution experience.
