Data Entry Clerk

This Data Entry Clerk role supports day-to-day office operations by entering, updating, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. Typical duties include reviewing source documents for completeness, typing data with attention to detail, correcting routine errors, organizing files, and assisting with basic document tracking. The position may also involve responding to simple internal requests, preparing standard reports, and helping keep records current and easy to retrieve. Baseline qualifications usually include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong typing and computer skills, comfort working with common office software, and careful attention to accuracy. Prior clerical or administrative experience is helpful. Physical demands are generally limited to sitting, using a computer, and occasionally handling paper files or light office materials. The schedule is full time and generally follows a regular weekday office schedule, with hours based on operational needs. Compensation may be negotiated within the posted range based on relevant experience.
