You will deliver in-store technical expertise and elevate the aftersales experience by conducting thorough inspections, testing, and diagnostics on CHANEL watches and jewelry. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of luxury watch repair experience, formal watchmaking training, and strong communication skills to educate staff and clients.
