Sr Solution Architect – Remote • W2 OnlyContact: Sudhanshu Shrivastava – View phone number on click.appcast.io / View email address on click.appcast.io:Hands-on technical role – applicants should not be managers or architects.Provide primary technical support to end-user community for software, data issues, data communication and processing errors.Monitor application, production and/or implementation support, both technical and user, for new releases.Consult on application testing strategies, document observations and coordinate responses.Maintain project and application information including schedule, system scope, requirements and other pertinent documentation.Make recommendations to management regarding process improvements.Coordinate information flow between business owners and development staff – coordinate tasks, functional reviews and application development sessions between the development site and technical work groups ensuring steps are executed timely.Document end-user interactions into automated call-logging tools for tracking and productivity purposes.Validate proposed technical approaches to system or application problem logs and make recommendations for mediation to management.Requirements:Must have hands-on experience performing technical analysis and troubleshooting on highly complex integrated systems, including diagnostic approaches, determining root causes, and identifying solutions on a data lake-house hosted in a cloud environment utilizing technologies such as R, sparklyr, Databricks, Starburst, Collibra, Tableau, Python and/or Alteryx.Specific Skill Mixes We Need From The Tech StackDatabricks AND (R or sparklyr) OR (PySpark or Python)Databricks AND (Starburst OR Tableau)Databricks AND (Collibra OR Alteryx)Hands-On Experience For The FollowingDatabricks – PySpark, Data Quality Framework, Building custom dashboardsR/SparklyR – as a data analystPySpark/Python – scripting, automation, performance tuning and debug capabilitiesStarburst – as a data analyst or Starburst developer or support engineerCollibra – as a Collibra developer or support engineerAlteryx – as a developer or support engineerTableau – as a developer with performance tuning / debug capabilitiesImmuta – as a security analyst (good knowledge of RBAC and ABAC security)Ability to perform involved, independent research and develop highly creative work products and proposalsDemonstrate a high degree of creativity in addressing problems/issues and opportunitiesDemonstrated concentration on customer service orientationAbility to work effectively in a highly matrix or virtual organizationStrong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to present/facilitate effective training sessionsStrong experience in Agile delivery, requirements engineering, backlog development and refinementStrong experience in stakeholder engagementExperience working with distributed teams, and providers of software solutionsBroad knowledge of application and data modelling techniques with the ability to identify root cause issues and appropriate solutionsStrong experience working in an Agile environment/SAFe framework and Agile management tools like JiraExcellent analytical and design skillsCBAP, Agile Analysis Certification or similar certifications preferredMust be willing to be on call periodically from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. ET or 2 p.m. – 8 p.m. ET Monday through FridayAbout Stefanini GroupThe Stefanini Group is a global provider of offshore, onshore, and near-shore outsourcing, IT digital consulting, systems integration, application, and strategic staffing services to Fortune 1000 enterprises around the world.
