About the Role

The Company is seeking an experienced Head of RTB to spearhead the global RTB Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the RTB growth strategy, scaling high-quality SSP traffic, and establishing strong partnerships with DSPs and Ad Exchanges. This role involves analyzing programmatic market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and leading a team to improve overall RTB performance. The Head of RTB will also be tasked with building and managing relationships with top-tier partners, ensuring traffic quality, and implementing anti-fraud solutions. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to decision-making are essential, as is the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive measurable business results. Applicants for the Head of RTB position at the company should have a proven track record in leading RTB, programmatic, yield, supply, or ad operations teams within the AdTech industry. A deep understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including SSPs, DSPs, Ad Exchanges, and auction mechanics, is required.
