The DRIPBaR is dedicated to the health and wellness of our clientele and uses safe, cutting‑edge treatments backed by the latest research and data. Our IV drip bars follow strict safety protocols, and our Drip Specialists are RNs. We also have a dedicated medical director with providers on call throughout the day to contact as needed. Our high safety standards ensure peace of mind that all treatments and our environment are free of chemical and microbial contaminants. All our compounding is done on‑site and in a sterile environment to protect clients from contamination. While our centers are at the highest levels of sterility, they are anything but cold. Qualifications Exceptional IV insertion/placement skills (Non‑negotiable) Meets all TX State Board of Nursing requirements BLS Certification (Required) Valid RN State License (Required) Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Preferred) Minimum of 2 years nursing experience (Non‑negotiable) Emergency Department or Critical Care experience highly preferred, but will consider other experience Stellar verbal and written communication skills Exceptional ethics and integrity Ability to learn and understand medical software and electronic health records Ability to work independently in all care settings Ability to work collaboratively with both co‑workers and clients Proficient in multitasking and following directions well Access to reliable transportation Commitment to Saturdays from 10am to 6pm; minimum two weekend (Saturday) shifts per month Minimum two shifts per week Benefits Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour Employee discount Mobile Events – Supplemental Pay Flexible schedule, store hours Monday – Saturday 10am‑6pm Shift options: 8hr, 6hr, 4hr shifts and/or per diem Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week Health insurance – Does Not Apply to Part Time Employees Dental insurance – Does Not Apply to Part Time Employees Vision insurance – Does Not Apply to Part Time Employees Responsibilities Provide exceptional IV infusion therapy, monitor clients during and after treatment, and deliver education on treatment regimen, condition management, and follow‑up when applicable Maintain impeccable client service and bedside manner Consult with customers in person or on the phone regarding the proper treatment needed to best meet their needs Learn about all available vitamin options and educate clients or answer questions as needed Assist patients in selecting an appropriate supportive therapy plan Communicate with management, provider, or medical director when needed to ensure client safety is always implemented Adhere to all policies and procedures and understand the importance of maintaining medical compliance Comfortable with all IV and IM related services Arrive at company office/client location on time, appropriately dressed (uniformed attire), and with a desire to deliver clients an exceptional experience Perform various office and customer service duties, including verifying correct forms, reviewing health history forms, and providing excellent customer service Maintain nursing supply inventory by checking stock, anticipating needed supplies, placing inventory orders, and communicating low inventory to management if necessary Clean and maintain infusion laboratory and sterile hood for compounding Establish a positive rapport with clients Obtain and record vital signs Prepare IV, IM, and SubQ vitamins for administration with appropriate technique Perform venipuncture, placement of peripheral IVs, IM, and subcutaneous injections Assist clients with lower‑extremity compression devices as needed Document therapy details in patient charts using Electronic Health Record Insert, monitor, and remove IVs Conduct follow‑up calls to all patients following supportive care Follow downtime requirements by management when client volume is low Ensure excellence at all steps of the sales funnel Help generate marketing ideas and communicate them to management Provide timely communication to management of days needing off Ensure to meet the monthly shift requirements to keep your status current Provide regular constructive feedback to the manager to help guide performance Understand rotating holidays (Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas Day) and meet attendance and punctuality standards Become knowledgeable on the role of medical spas, supportive care, or wellness clinics Become knowledgeable on adjunct supportive therapies offered at our location Assist clients to use adjunct supportive therapies #J-18808-Ljbffr The DRIPBaR at Alamo Ranch SATX
