About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Facilities Management to provide regional leadership and support for physical plant operations across a portfolio of facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining safe, clean, and compliant environments, with a strong focus on regulatory readiness, site inspections, emergency response, and project management. This hands-on role involves coaching and problem-solving with facility teams, as well as ensuring clear standards and accountability. The Vice President will also be a key resource for TELS management, vendor performance, and leadership development, and will be expected to be available for critical facility emergencies and regional travel. Applicants for the Vice President of Facilities Management position at the company should have a minimum of five years' of progressive experience in facilities management or a related field, with a preference for those with multi-site or senior leadership experience. A strong working knowledge of Life Safety Code, emergency preparedness, and general facility regulatory requirements is essential. The role requires excellent computer and technology skills, particularly in TELS, and the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders. Strong project management and organizational skills are also necessary, as is the ability to manage multiple facilities and priorities simultaneously.
