What You'll Do
- Provide emergency and medical-surgical care to diverse patient populations.
- Collaborate with a small, dedicated team to share patient responsibilities equally.
- Assist in stabilizing patients and implementing treatment plans.
- Document patient care accurately in Cerner EMR system.
- Support patient and family needs with compassionate communication.
- Follow safety protocols, including mask-wearing during flu season.
- Participate in rotating weekend shifts to ensure continuous patient coverage.
What You Need
Required:- Valid RN license in Kansas
- BLS, ACLS (through AHA), and TNCC (or scheduled prior to start)
- ER and Med Surg experience documented
- Ability to work flexible hours and rotating weekends
- Experience in critical care or small-unit settings
- Additional certifications or advanced skills in emergency or med-surg nursing
