Position Overview

You will serve as the frontline support for our customers while driving inside sales efforts and setting up appointments for the outside sales team.

 

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Answer incoming calls quickly and professionally using a headset
• 
  Diagnose customer needs in under one minute and determine next steps
• 
  Enter detailed call notes into Fieldhub and CRM systems
• 
  Ensure complete understanding of the issue before taking action
• 
  Stay calm and helpful even with difficult callers
• 
  Handle customer interactions with integrity and empathy

 

Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required but are not necessarily all-inclusive.

 

Education & Experience

• 
  High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 
  Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• 
  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Fieldhub (or similar CRM system).
• 
  Clear, professional verbal and written communication.
• 
  Strong ability to stay calm under pressure, even with difficult customers.
• 
  Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and work with integrity and confidentiality.

  Pay range for this role is $20-$23 per hour
