Speech Language Pathologist – Brooklyn, NY Apply to Achieve Beyond as a Speech Language Pathologist in Brooklyn, NY and help children with special needs reach their goals. We specialize in conducting evaluations and providing ongoing services in homes, community, and clinic settings. Our services include ABA, Speech, Occupational, Social Work, Physical therapy, and Special Education/SEIT for children and families in the Metro New York area and surrounding regions. Location: Brooklyn, NY (cases available throughout Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, and Staten Island boroughs) Wage: Evaluations $135–$190 per hour; hourly $66–$120 Job Responsibilities Provide pediatric therapy services and/or evaluations to children ages birth-21 in natural settings. Educate families and caregivers on intervention strategies to facilitate active involvement and carry-over. Work in diverse settings such as client homes, daycare homes/centers, preschools, clinics, and other community settings. Follow the unique therapy plan established for a family/child, plan for ongoing treatment, and address identified goals while documenting progress. Prepare progress reports as required. Maintain child records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and state/federal regulations; submit records within established timelines. Qualifications Must have a passion for working with children and families. NYC Licensed Speech Language Pathologist. Self‑motivated, team player with patience and professionalism. Fluency in a language other than English is a plus. Physical Requirements Must be able to travel to assigned cases (personal vehicle, walking, or public transportation). Ability to ascend and descend staircases. Ability to lift 10 pounds regularly. Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, and/or crawl for extended periods. Benefits Flexible work schedule.
