Create and execute learning strategies, curriculums, and training plans. Create, design, and facilitate technical system training. Create Story Boards and Instructional Design e-Learning Modules including developing interactive content, learning objects, knowledge checks, and assessments for each e-Learning. Collaborates with subject experts to develop course content including training manuals, how-to guides, and quick reference cards, placemats. Facilitation training, webinars, and user workshops. Develop end user communications, FAQs, and how-to videos. Writes scripts for video and audio content. Familiarity with e-learning platforms best practices and SCORM compliance. Integration of e-Learning modules into the Amtrak Learning Platform ensuring SCORM compliance and e-learning best practices. Expert in Camtasia, Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, collaboration tools, and survey tools.
