This role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care planning and ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities Serves as a clinical leader by assessing, planning, delegating, and exercising independent judgment in directing other healthcare staff in the provision of safe, effective care. Evaluates the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice while supporting patient goals. Ensures safety guidelines and work practices. Directs patient care, participates in hourly rounding and supervision of healthcare team members. Promotes safe and efficient patient throughput in a high-volume acute care setting to optimize workflow and daily operations in a procedure-driven facility. Qualifications Special Skills We are seeking enthusiastic new graduate nurses who are eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment. Minimum Requirements Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school Certifications: License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona BLS required at hire ACLS required within 30-days.
