Qualifications & Skills:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active OT license in Missouri (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based environments highly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
• Ability to adapt interventions for a variety of student needs spanning K-12
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students in elementary, middle, and high schools
• Assess student needs and develop individualized intervention plans in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, providing input on goals and progress
• Document services and student progress in accordance with district and professional standards
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, families, and other service providers to promote generalization of therapy goals into educational routines
• Contribute strategies and support for classroom staff to help students achieve optimal participation
