Job DescriptionWe are seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Front Desk / Tech to join our psychiatry office. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out processesSchedule and reschedule patient appointmentsCollect copayments and verify patient informationVerify patient insurance coverage and benefitsCoordinate and manage patient flow to ensure timely visitsCommunicate effectively with providers and staffSubmit medication refill requests with provider authorizationMaintain accurate records and follow office protocolsAssist with general office tasks, filing, and documentationUse Microsoft Word and basic office software confidentlyProvide professional and courteous customer service at all timesQualifications:Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical, mental health, administrative, or related office settingStrong organizational and communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Word and general computer skillsAbility to multitask and manage a busy front deskSpanish-speaking preferredReliable, punctual, and able to maintain patient confidentialityAbility to work in personWork Schedule:Full-timeFlexible scheduling depending on office needsJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:TBDExperience:Medical receptionist: 1 year (Required)Ability to Relocate:Trenton, NJ 08619: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)Work Location: In person
