Wood/Plastic Fabricators Landover, MD
A full-service sign fabrication/installation shop in Landover, MD is actively searching for unique fabricators/craftmen to join their team. The ideal candidates for this role will be experienced in wood and/or plastic fabricating on a commercial level. Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to fabricate signs according to specifications.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Conduct quality checks on fabricated components to meet industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Assist in the assembly of signage structures as needed.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Strong ability to read blueprints and technical schematics.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Mechanical knowledge related to fabrication processes.
- Experience with power tools and hand tools is essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Commitment to safety practices on the job site.
