The sale is presently expected to close in the first half of 2027 pending regulatory approvals and other closing conditions. The Food Ingredients business unit will remain a part of IFF until close and at such time it will transition to CVC Capital applying for this position you acknowledge your awareness that the position is a part of the Food Ingredients business unit and has been identified to transition to CVC Capital Partners.

Where Youll Make a Difference

• Perform preventive predictive and corrective maintenance on electrical instrumentation and process control systems throughout the facility.
• Troubleshoot diagnose and repair industrial electrical equipment including motors VFDs PLCs instrumentation sensors transmitters and control devices.
• Install calibrate test and commission instrumentation and automation equipment to maintain operational efficiency and process reliability.
• Support production operations by responding to equipment breakdowns identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective actions.
• Maintain and update electrical schematics loop drawings control diagrams P&IDs and maintenance documentation to ensure accuracy.
• Utilize CMMS systems to document maintenance activities equipment history calibration records and spare parts usage.
• Collaborate with operations engineering and maintenance teams to support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all safety environmental food safety and quality standards while promoting a safe working environment.
• Communicate equipment status maintenance priorities and shift handoff information clearly and effectively with team members.
  

What Makes You the Right Fit

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical training in Electrical Instrumentation Industrial Maintenance Mechatronics or related field preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical and instrumentation systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of PLCs HMI systems motor controls process automation equipment and industrial networks.t.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics wiring diagrams control drawings and P&IDs.
• Understanding of pneumatic hydraulic and process control systems.
• Strong troubleshooting analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and maintaining accurate maintenance records.
• Ability and willingness to work a permanent night shift schedule of Wednesday through Sunday 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

How You Would Stand Out

• Associate degree or technical certification in Electrical Technology Instrumentation Automation or a related discipline.
• Experience working in food ingredients chemical or process manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of ISO food safety environmental and occupational health and safety standards.
