As a Personal Lines Specialist, you will generate insurances sales and preserve existing clients and policies. This position will work onsite at the Thurston Branch in Springfield, Oregon with some cross-over into the Mohawk area. The Personal Lines Specialist is only eligible for in office/branch work arrangements. The successful candidate will need to be available to work Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm. Compensation Base Salary: The base salary for the Personal Lines Specialist position is $28.27 per hour, that may decrease after three years if minimum production goals are not achieved. Candidates who pass the Spanish language assessment may be eligible for a Spanish-language differential. Commissions : This position is eligible to earn commissions in addition to the base salary. These commissions range from $170 to $7,400 per month, with an average of $3,100 per month, depending on the product type. Commission amounts are paid in the amount exceeding the base salary. Incentives : This position is eligible for a monthly incentive typically ranging from $0 to $375. POSITION DETAILS Essential Functions include ( please see the position description for a comprehensive list ): Generate insurance sales through external contacts and internal referrals and service existing policies. Finalize insurance sales by ensuring documentation is accurately completed in a timely manner.
