As a Certified Nursing Assistant in a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing vital support to patients and nurses
• Assisting with daily living activities and medication assistance
• Conducting safety checks and facilitating social-emotional support
• Enhancing occupant outcomes through compassionate care

Requirements for this role include:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Current Washington State Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing
• Current CPR & First Aid Certification
• Certification of Nurse Delegation for Nursing Assistants required
• Certification of WA DSHS Dementia Specialty Training, Mental Health Specialty Training, and Developmental Disabilities Specialty Training, on hire
• Initiate WA State name and date of birth and national fingerprint Criminal Background checks upon start date
• N95 mask fitting using approved masks
• TB Testing required as stipulated in WAC 388-78A
• Need 1 year experience in setting
