Manufacturing Assembly Technician

Volt is immediately hiring a Manufacturing Assembly Technician in Winooski, VT. As a Manufacturing Assembly Technician, you will:

• Assemble products and components according to work instructions, mechanical drawings, and bills of materials.
• Perform production tasks including assembly, measuring, mixing, filling, testing, and product verification.
• Handle materials throughout the manufacturing process, including receiving, storing, distributing, and inventory management.
• Conduct routine testing and basic repairs on assemblies and finished products.
• Inspect raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain accurate production, quality, and inventory documentation.
• Enter and retrieve data using ERP and manufacturing systems.
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.

This is a full-time opportunity.

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or industrial environments.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and bills of materials.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in electromechanical assembly / test / inspection.
• Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Pay Rate: $21.59 to $23.59 per hour.

* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
