At In Motion Physical Therapy, you will provide one-on-one care during 45-minute treatment sessions , giving you the opportunity to focus on the individual in front of you. You will have time to: Complete thoughtful Physical Therapy evaluations. Understand each patient's symptoms, goals, lifestyle, and functional limitations. Develop individualized plans of care. Provide skilled, hands-on Physical Therapy treatment. Educate patients about their condition and recovery. Progress exercises and interventions based on patient response. Build trust and strong therapeutic relationships. Help patients understand what they can do to maintain their progress long term. The goal is simple. Apply manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and other appropriate interventions. Educate patients about their condition, recovery process, and long-term health. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans appropriately. Help patients return to work, sports, hobbies, and everyday activities. Communicate clearly with patients throughout their plan of care. Build strong therapeutic relationships based on trust and professionalism. Collaborate with other members of the clinical team. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation . Contribute to a positive patient experience and supportive clinic culture. What We Are Looking For We are looking for a Physical Therapist who: Holds an active Ohio Physical Therapist license or is eligible for licensure. Has at least one year of Physical Therapy experience preferred . Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills. Enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients.
