Licenses/Certifications: Current RN license in practice state, BLS from American Heart Association

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Ortho/Neuro/Trauma

Pay Rate: $54.31 per hour

What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process within current practice standards.
• Assess patient learning needs and implement tailored teaching strategies.
• Effectively delegate, communicate, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Utilize data and clinical knowledge to evaluate and improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, local laws, accreditation standards, and safety protocols.
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and professionalism in all interactions.
• Perform other duties as needed in a dynamic hospital environment.

What You Need

Required:

• Valid RN license in state of practice
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Ortho, Neuro, or Trauma units
• Proficiency in computer and software use
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred:

• Certification in a clinical specialty area
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Nursing
