Tracking Code5114Job DescriptionPosition Summary Our Project Managers are experienced in commercial HVAC and Mechanical Construction and likes the challenge of unique designs, projects and deadlines. You will be able to run jobs big and small, coordinating multiple jobs simultaneously, while also providing leadership to project engineers and partnering with our field staff to ensure flawless project delivery. You will also manage project milestones, identifying and coordinating resource requirements. One of the most important skills sets you possess is the ability to exercise a high level of judgment and work autonomously within company processes. You are willing to learn the Southland way of doing work and are eager to learn from others at all levels of the organization. The experience you have allows you to have a short learning curve but does not present a barrier to learning new things. Finally, you thrive in a collaborative environment and are looking to work with multiple teams to accomplish our division and project goals.Position DetailsDevelop client relations by providing project status updates to clients and leadership.Managed budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, etc. for project.Participates in project meetings with internal departments.Partners with stakeholders to ensure scope and direction of project is on scheduleDevelop budget analysis reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders and other reports as necessary.Delegates work and serve as mentors to Project Engineers. Pay: Final pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For California, this ranges from $100,000.00-$130,000.00 yearly plus annual incentive, benefits, and retirement program as outlined above.
