CSR On Weekend Nights Shift

Position: CSR

Shift: Weekend Nights

Schedule: Thursday 4p-2:30am F-Su 5p-3:30am

Pay: $20.75

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Enter and update orders in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Monitor order status from receipt through shipment.

Verify order accuracy and shipping requirements.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.

Provide shipment status updates and tracking information.

Communicate delays, shortages, and delivery issues.

Handle customer complaints and service concerns.

Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers.

Coordinate transportation requirements and special shipments.

Prepare shipping documentation and bills of lading (BOLs).

Monitor outbound and inbound shipments.

Role Purpose:

Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs. Responsible for providing product, service, and transit information to the customer and act as a liaison to facilitate issue resolution.

Key Accountabilities:

Resolve product or service problems: clarify the customer's complaint, determine the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the problems, expedite correction or adjustment, follow up to ensure resolution.

Maintain customer records and update account information.

Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.

Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Assist with order and product management.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience

0-12 months of warehouse experience, preferred
