Job Type: Full- Time Workplace Type: Onsite Clearance: TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a CI Poly Must be a U.S. Citizen Job Summary Castalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level All-Source Analyst to support our client. The Mid-Level All-Source Intelligence Analyst, you use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to conduct all-source analytic production on client missions. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset in areas like analysis, writing, and communication. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. Roles and Responsibilities A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to: Provide intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements. Produce strategic-level assessments and products that address critical mission needs, using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats. As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for comprehensive production, often under pressure. Required Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree. Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments. Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience with writing FINTEL. Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards Physical Requirements/Work Environment Normal office environment. Compensation Salary at Castalia Systems is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, position knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $115,000.00 to $120,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Castalia Systems’ total compensation package for employees.
