Production Supervisor (Food Manufacturing, 1st Shift)

Key Responsibilities Operations & Production: Help to drive overall operational excellence, throughput, labor efficiency, and equipment utilization across high-speed slicing and packaging lines. Yield & Metrics Optimization: Monitor and optimize key operational KPIs including yields, giveaway reduction, OEE, downtime, and first-pass quality. Food Safety & Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to USDA/FSIS regulations, HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and audit readiness while preserving cold-chain integrity. Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and build high-performing production teams, foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
