Electrical Maintenance TechnicianIn this role, the starting wage is $30-$34/hr and we're looking for someone with 5 years experience. The shifts are 12 hours: 8pm-8am. You do not switch shifts. Overtime is available. Candidate must be able to work compressed work week-- 12-hour night shifts, including, nights, and weekends.Qualifications: Must be a self-starter capable of working independently or as a team member. Prioritizing workload based on production needs. Must be willing to work flexible hours and overtime as needed. The ideal candidate will have:An electrical/mechanical background in an industrial settingBe familiar with 110/220/480v power.Experience with troubleshoot, repair, perform predictive and preventive maintenance on high-speed production equipment.Must have the ability to systematically solve problems experience with industrial preventative maintenance, AC/DC motors. Basic computer skills.Knowledge of standard machine shop equipment, mill, lath, welding, plumbing etc. is preferred.Must have own hand tools.Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.Follow all company Safety Policies and procedures.Education and/or Experience: High School/Trade school diploma or equivalent. Experience in industrial maintenance preferred. Minimum of 6 years Electrical/Mechanical experience or equivalent combination of related experience and education required.
