Avionics Bench Technician
We are currently seeking ten Avionics Bench Technicians to join a growing Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facility. Successful candidates will have 1.5 to 2 years of experience working as an avionics bench technician, performing comprehensive aircraft component services from disassembly, troubleshooting, and repair, to reassembly for return to service.
Responsibilities
- Perform cradle to grave aircraft component services, including full disassembly, troubleshooting to identify issues, overhauling, repairing, and reassembling components.
- Utilize skills in wire harness, wiring, and schematic interpretation to troubleshoot and repair avionic components.
- Work with a variety of avionic systems such as radar, antenna, transponder, ADF, transmitter, and circuit cards.
- Assemble cables, circuit cards, and complete bench-level and wire harness assemblies.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team, demonstrating motivation and attention to detail.
Essential Skills
- 1.5-2 years of experience as an avionics bench technician.
- Proficient in reading and working from wiring diagrams and electrical schematics.
- Experience from an MRO or 145 repair station.
- Basic hand tools for avionics bench repairs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with component troubleshooting and repair.
- Skills in soldering, wiring schematics, and wiring diagram interpretation.
- Experience with coaxial cable and electrical assembly.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Miramar, FL.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr. Full health benefits/PTO/Vacation (see Adrian for Benefits package)
Workplace Type: This is a fully onsite position in Miramar,FL.
