Certified Nursing Assistant – Long-Term Care

Schedule: Varies

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 30 per week

Requirements:

• Valid nursing assistant license or certification
• Experience in long-term care settings is preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of nursing staff.
• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly environment for patients.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.

Compliance / Notes:

• Orientation required prior to start.
• Background checks and drug screens will be conducted.
• Ensure adherence to dress code.
