What You’ll Be Doing- Diagnosing issues with real skill — not guesswork
- Performing repairs on domestic & import vehicles
- Handling maintenance, brakes, suspension, electrical, and engine work
- Keeping customers safe and their vehicles reliable
- Staying busy — this shop has more work than Pasco has sunny days
- Experience as an Automotive Technician , Auto Mechanic , or ASE Tech
- Ability to diagnose and repair modern vehicles without throwing parts
- Pride in doing the job right the first time
- A teamfocused attitude
- Certifications are great, but not required
- Strong pay based on experience & skill
