Benefits Company parties Competitive salary Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Training & development Vision insurance Position Overview The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and overseeing behavior intervention plans, supervising clinical staff, and collaborating with families, schools, and multidisciplinary professionals to promote meaningful outcomes for clients. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans Provide direct supervision and mentorship to RBTs and other clinical staff Deliver parent/caregiver training and ongoing family support Collaborate with schools, teachers, and related service providers Collect, analyze, and interpret data to guide clinical decision-making Ensure ethical and professional standards in accordance with BACB guidelines Maintain timely and accurate documentation Work Settings Clinic-based services Home-based services School-based services Qualifications Current BCBA certification in good standing Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Experience working with children with developmental delays and/or autism spectrum disorder Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for home and school-based services) What We Offer Competitive full-time compensation Supportive, collaborative clinical environment Opportunities for professional growth and leadership development Reasonable caseloads with a focus on quality care Administrative and clinical support to promote work-life balance Join Our Team At Island Cove Behavioral Pediatrics, we pride ourselves on setting the benchmark in natural environment teaching at our center.
