Apprentice Technician

Field‑based HVAC Technician Apprentice – will assist service technicians with installation and repair of environmental control systems at customer sites. Responsibilities Identify, examine, diagnose, and plan equipment repair. Collaborate with supervising technician, project manager, and customers to understand on‑site installation requirements. Forecast potential issues, gather required materials, and coordinate on‑site work. Use software, hand tools, and blueprints/engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units. Enforce safety standards and maintain security and accountability of company assets. Qualifications No industry experience required. Technical school certificates or formal HVAC training considered for starting compensation. Minimum age 18 on first day of employment. High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations in the last 3 years. Strong desire to learn a trade and impact the world. Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay: $26.52 – $36.00, based on seniority, experience, location, and other factors. No incentive or commission applicable.
