Senior Software Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be part of the Technology Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

Location: Rockville, Maryland OR Tysons VA (Hybrid)

Pay Range: $82.20/hr W2

What's the Job?

• Review and analyze software/hardware configurations for specific environments
• Create and maintain product builds and development/test code baselines
• Recommend enhancements to configuration management systems, build processes, and delivery systems
• Troubleshoot technical problems effectively and efficiently
• Communicate solutions clearly to team members and stakeholders

What's Needed?

• Proficiency in Java programming and Python programming
• Experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services)
• Knowledge of software configuration management and code baseline management
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and document technical processes
