Key Responsibilities

• Le Proction: Oversee n execte ll technicl spects of weeken worship services n specil events, incling live io, lighting, vieo, projection, livestrem, n stge proction.
• evelop Volnteers: Recrit, trin, schele, n cre for proction volnteers while ientifying n eveloping ftre tem leers.
• Mnge Proction Systems: Mintin, trobleshoot, n improve io, vieo, lighting, n brocst eqipment n systems to ensre consistent relibility n excellence.
• Pln n Prepre Services: Collborte with the Worship irector n ministry leers to prepre n execte weeken services, rehersls, n specil events. Ensre ll mei, presenttions, n technicl elements re prepre in vnce.
• Spport Ministry Environments: Provie technicl leership n spport for lt worship services, stent ministry, specil events, n other chrch gtherings.
• Mnge Proction Resorces: Oversee eqipment mintennce, inventory, prchsing recommentions, n responsible stewrship of proction resorces.
• Bil Helthy Tem Cltre: Foster collbortive, encorging, n spiritlly helthy environment where volnteers re eqippe to grow, tke ownership, n serve with excellence.

Qlifictions & Skills

• Strong technicl competency in live io mixing, lighting, vieo, projection, n livestrem proction.
• Proficiency with llen & Heth igitl io consoles, nte, Wves, ProPresenter, Plnning Center, Obsiin Control Systems (NX2 controller) n relte proction technology.
• Experience with vieo switching, cmer systems, lighting consoles, n io networking.
• bility to trobleshoot technicl chllenges qickly n effectively.
• Experience recriting, trining, n eveloping volnteer proction tems.
• Strong orgniztionl skills, ttention to etil, n the bility to mnge mltiple priorities ner high stkes moments.

• bility to le effectively in growing, mlti-service chrch environment.

• 5+ yers of previos chrch proction leership or professionl live proction experience preferre.
