Member-Focused Collections & Solutions Specialist

Michigan Schools & Government Credit Union (MSGCU) is seeking a Repayment Solutions Specialist (Collections) to protect assets and build strong member relationships. You will analyze accounts, negotiate payment arrangements, and ensure adherence to collection policies and laws. Responsibilities include resolving past-due accounts, leveraging skip tracing, and coordinating with external agencies. Travel within MSGCU's service area may be required; strong Excel/Word skills and legal knowledge are #J-18808-Ljbffr Michigan-Schools-
