Job Title: Sales Associate Company: High-End Jewelry Store Location: Scottsdale, AZ Position Overview A high-end jewelry store is seeking a polished and customer-focused Sales Associate to join its team. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional, high-touch client experience while driving sales of luxury jewelry, timepieces, and estate pieces. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a relationship-driven, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Provide a luxury-level customer experience by building strong relationships and understanding client needs Assist customers with the selection of fine jewelry, watches, and estate pieces, offering product knowledge and styling guidance Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals Maintain a strong understanding of inventory, including diamonds, gemstones, and designer collections Manage client follow-up, outreach, and retention through phone, email, and in-person interactions Support daily showroom operations, including merchandising, inventory control, and overall store presentation Process sales transactions accurately and handle high-value items with care and discretion Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and professional client experience Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and market pricing Qualifications Previous retail or sales experience required; luxury retail or jewelry experience preferred Must have stability and longevity Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Strong interpersonal and communication skills Professional presence with a polished and confident demeanor High level of integrity and discretion when working with high-value merchandise and clientele Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed Preferred Qualifications Experience with diamonds, gemstones, or luxury watches Experience working with high-net-worth clientele CRM or clienteling experience Compensation & Benefits Base salary of $65,000 plus commission Opportunity to work in a high-end, client-focused retail environment Career growth and development opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr All About People
