Video Support SpecialistJob will be in person working in London, Ohio. Equipment suppliedODRC expects a video support specialist extremely well-rounded in processing and scheduling videoconference requests and managing other issues via telephone and email utilizing Microsoft Office 365, and experience with Polycom RMX, Resource Manager and endpoints.Education:Preferred Education: 4-year college degreeYears of Relevant Experience: 2 yearsKey Skills:Process and schedule for videoconference requests and manage other issues via telephone and email.
