# Test Engineering SpecialistThe Test Engineering Specialist is responsible for performing engineering and functional duties involved in the ongoing laboratory operations. Acts as liaison to the customer from start to finish applying engineering support and maintaining vital information throughout the testing procedure. The Test Engineering Specialist develops, implements, monitors, and coordinates testing programs by performing the following duties either personally or through subordinate personnel. This position reports directly to the Laboratory Manager.Full-time · LaboratoryMilford, MIPosted October 8, 2026This is an exciting opportunity for a Test Engineer to contribute to the quality assurance process of cutting-edge technology products.**Major Responsibilities*** Responsible for functional duties and support to Laboratory Operations. To include but not limited to quoting, fixturing, review of specs, test setup, implementation, execution, report writing and review of all data.**Experience**Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Proven experience as a Test Engineer or similar role* Fluid Systems experience* Proficiency in testing tools and techniques* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with teamwork abilities**Preferred Skills*** Ability to operate and familiar with Webasto battery cycler, A&D DAQ software, and script writing.* Ability to write and run vibration profiles using Vibration Research software.* Familiar with vibration concepts and with principles of fluid dynamics**Job Details*** Job Type: Full-time* Bonus opportunities* Performance bonus* 8-hour Day shift, typically Monday to Friday* Ability to Commute: Milford, MI (Preferred)* Ability to Relocate: Milford, MI: Relocate before starting work (Required)* Work Location: In person**Benefits*** 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off #J-18808-Ljbffr
