If you thrive in a supportive role and are eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry, we invite you to apply and become a valued member of our team.BenefitsStipend for life & disability insurance, bonus based on performance, competitive salary, opportunity for advancement, paid time off, training & development.ResponsibilitiesGreet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including scanning forms in and sending various types of greeting cards to customers.Take payments in-person and over the phone, and process agency daily bank deposits.Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.Communication and interpersonal skills.Organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent time-management skills.Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.Able to work effectively both independently and in a team.Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.Compensation: $20.00 per hourDo you want a career and not just a job?We are a growing agency with big dreams and lots of potential.
