We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our housekeeping team and help us provide the highest quality hospitality experience. Location: Picton and Bloomfield Hours: Able to work any/all days of the week (weekends are a must), typically between 4 to 6 hours per shift between 10:30am and 3:30pm Full Time: 30 hrs/week; Part Time: 10-15 hrs/week Pay: Between $20 and $24/ hour Responsibilities & Duties: Vacuuming and sweeping carpets and floors Mopping floors as needed Dusting, brushing, polishing, and vacuuming furniture Dusting and cleaning room decorations, appliances, and structural surfaces (e.g. wall fixtures, window sills, vents, etc.) Changing linens and making beds Cleaning showers, tubs, sinks, windows and bathroom items Removing used guest amenities and trash Replenishing guest amenities and supplies Checking for damaged linens Completing assigned deep-cleaning projects Reporting lost and found articles, maintenance problems, or special room problems (e.g. pets in the room) to a supervisor Maintaining laundry/ storage rooms and stocking carts Qualifications: We are seeking someone who has the following characteristics: Strong initiative and work ethic Punctual, reliable, and regular attendance Strong attention to detail Customer-service oriented and excellent interpersonal skills Strong multitasking and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Works well with others Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift/push up to 15lbs #J-18808-Ljbffr Angélines Inn
