Minimum 2 years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or high-volume hiring experience required. Staffing agency experience is strongly preferred.

We are seeking an experienced Staffing Recruiter to join our growing office. We're looking for someone who understands the recruiting process, enjoys building relationships, and can confidently source, engage, interview, and place candidates in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Conduct phone screenings, interviews, and candidate evaluations.
• Match candidates to client job opportunities.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientations, and new hire paperwork.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and employees throughout the employment process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with job seekers, employees, and clients.
• Track recruiting activities and maintain accurate applicant records.
• Assist with employee retention and assignment follow-up.
• Work closely with the team to fill positions efficiently and meet hiring goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, workforce management, or related experience required.
• Staffing industry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of phone calls.
• Excellent organizational and follow-through skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
• Professional, dependable, and results-driven.
