Key Qualifications:

• Current Arizona state Occupational Therapy license required
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (must be active and presented at application)
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Passion for supporting students across various developmental stages (PreK–8th grade)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapeutic interventions to meet diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy to students with various needs across PreK–8th grade
• Conduct thorough assessments and maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to best support student progress
• Consult and train school personnel in strategies to help students succeed
• Participate actively in team meetings and professional development activities
