Job Responsibilities

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with no on-call duties
• Manage a patient load of 18 to 22 individuals per day
• Provide care in an outpatient clinic environment
• Serve a diverse patient population across all age groups
• Conduct annual wellness exams and follow-up visits post-hospital discharge
• Hospital privileges are necessary
• Engagement duration: 3 to 6 months, with two positions available
