Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

To support the healthcare ecosystem, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Specialist will assist clients and requestors with FMLA paperwork, ensuring excellent customer service and accurate communication while working remotely. Key responsibilities Assist clients, patients, and requestors with the status of FMLA and disability paperwork requests Respond promptly to a high volume of customer inquiries via calls and emails, providing accurate information Maintain detailed and accurate notes of customer interactions in the Med-Release system Required qualifications 1+ year of call center experience High school diploma or GED required Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications Ability to type at least 50 words per minute Previous medical industry experience preferred but not required
