Fairfield Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Manager – Affordable to support property operations, ensure LIHTC compliance, and deliver exceptional customer service at Cypress View Villas. You will mentor leasing teams and drive resident satisfaction in a collaborative environment. The role requires experience in residential leasing/property management, with LIHTC knowledge and a background in supervising staff.
